The competencies are increasingly significant, as we all struggle to manage the complexity of the world we work, play and build relationships within. We all need to learn to be more competent and more aware of how we affect those we work, play and build relationships with. Everyone now needs constant upskilling to keep up with new trends, efficiencies and the dynamics of our work, play, relationship and our capacity to learn ‘on the fly’. This approach applies to both learners and ourselves.

In this session Mark will unpack the competencies and provide a resource that enables schools to choose the competency concepts that they consider important. By the end of the day you will leave with your customised version of the competencies that are sequenced across five developmental stages from Y1-10.
