During this challenge of Covid 19 and Lockdown, we need tools that support us in creating and sustaining wellbeing or hauora, moment by moment. Right in front of us, our lives, work and day-to-day routines are undergoing change that may be irrevocable. Without the wellbeing tools ourselves, we are less able to be effective in supporting those around us; family, colleagues and students. Additionally, we risk being professionally compromised.

This 20 minute online workshop focuses on learning and practising the Inner Ease™ technique. Inner Ease is an important state that enables us to think clearly and sustain composure. It's a state of balanced mental and emotional rhythm, where we're alert and calm at the same time. 

The Inner Ease technique was created by HeartMath®, an international non-profit organisation. It's been undertaking research for many years in the areas of heart-brain communication, health, resilience, performance, optimal function and the self-regulation of emotions. 

This online workshop is delivered on Zoom with participant video turned off. There will be some opportunity for questions. Choose from various dates and times. During New Zealand's Covid 19 Lockdown, 50% discount can be applied.
