Teacher and Educator Series

Te Whāriki (2017) identifies outcomes for children’s learning that enables them to see themselves as capable, competent learners and communicators. Empowering children focuses on what children need to strengthen their mana. During this workshop we will explore resilience, this appears to be a significant area of development that needs thinking through when we are planning with children. Teaching strategies for supporting resilience will developed throughout this day.

Facilitated by Karin Mendis-Shaw.

Online workshop - option to choose whether you attend a live stream on the day or a pre-recorded workshop and work through the material independently.
