Personality Matters (Webinar)
Personality has been considered by some as a somewhat fluffy description of oneself, decided by questionnaires and only vaguely accurate. Nothing could be further from the truth. The two questions that are really being asked are:
- In what environment do I thrive?
- How does my mind work?
Knowing this about yourself and others is vital to wellness, mental health and good communication. The fact is we are different and that difference matters. When we accept this and take action on it, our relationships improve across the board; with colleagues, students, friends and family.
This session will give an overview of personality then explore Extraversion and Introversion from personal, teaching and learning perspectives.
What you'll learn
- a better understanding of oneself
- an insight into how other people's personality preferences influence our lives
- practical tools for differentiation in the classroom.
Educators and school leaders at every level, pre-school to high school and beyond!
