The Nuts and Bolts of Outsmarting Worry

Dr Dawn Huebner is a world renowned psychologist, author and parent coach. Dr Huebner’s what to do guides and books such as Outsmarting Worry are used by teachers, parents and professionals worldwide.

In this workshop for teachers and parents of anxious children, participants will learn to identify where a child is in the worry loop and the techniques needed to break free. 

There will also be a sneak peak of Dr Huebner’s newest book Something Bad Happened on helping children cope with tragic world events. 

Dr Huebner has been featured on television, radio and web based news and information sites worldwide. Her TEDX talk on Rethinking Anxiety has been viewed over half a million times.

This workshop is at Ellerslie Event Centre, Auckland

Date: 31 October.

Time: 6–7.30pm.

Cost: $49.

Registration is through the Wellbeing Event website by ticking Dr Huebner’s workshop.
