Cultivating a Culture of Care (Webinar)
In 2016 NZEI commissioned a study on principal and teacher wellbeing. It was like reading a horror story.
We cannot leave wellbeing to chance. It requires a human and systemic review and strategic approach.
In this webinar, we look at how you might lead a wellbeing review and embed the findings and next steps in schoolwide systems and strategies.
What you'll learn:
- The why
- Wellbeing measurement tools
- Reviewing the data
- Planning forward in a strategic manner that embeds and sustains changes.
Leaders and teachers who are interested in leading change in their organisational culture.
