In 2016 NZEI commissioned a study on principal and teacher wellbeing. It was like reading a horror story.

We cannot leave wellbeing to chance. It requires a human and systemic review and strategic approach.

In this webinar, we look at how you might lead a wellbeing review and embed the findings and next steps in schoolwide systems and strategies.

What you'll learn:

  • The why
  • Wellbeing measurement tools
  • Reviewing the data
  • Planning forward in a strategic manner that embeds and sustains changes.

Target audience:
Leaders and teachers who are interested in leading change in their organisational culture.

Date: Tuesday 22 October at 3.30pm.
Duration: 1 hour.
Cost: $195 +GST (per school - watching the same screen)
