Implementing the Global Competencies (Webinar)
The competencies are an essential set of capabilities that enable our young people to better cope with their complex worlds.
The competencies begin with building our young peoples' sense of their identity, via their self-talk, qualities, character and virtues. This capability enables learners to build their thinking and questioning capability which in turn provides the basis of their ability to self manage and collaborate with their peers and educators.
Mark will introduce each of the competencies, their structure and how the 'micro-lesson approach' can enable educators to work through a competency concept in about 2 hours. A sample of the competencies can be found here: http://bit.ly/2YWJhS5
