I CONTROL ME. Heart-led, Science-based Wellbeing/hauora for Staff, Whakatane
Staff and student wellbeing are inextricably linked. This workshop focuses on wellbeing for teachers, leaders and others to build professional and personal capacity for improvement. It takes an empowering look at the concept of self-control and how that affects our connections with others.
The training comes from the HeartMath® Institute in California which has been undertaking research on stress, performance, heart-brain function, self-regulation and resilience for over 25 years now. The Institute has combined the research with practical techniques to develop programs for self-regulation and alignment.
This HeartMath program is called The Resilience Advantage™. Benefits include:

This workshop is being held in the multicultural room at Whakatane Intermediate School from 9am to 3.45pm on Saturday the 7 of September.
