Wellbeing / hauora for self and others.

The importance of learning evidence-based skills and practical strategies to support energy and wellbeing is vital. The HeartMath® Institute in California has been undertaking research on stress, performance, heart-brain function, resilience and self-regulation for over 25 years now. It has developed programs that inform, educate and empower us.

This workshop takes teachers and interested others through HeartMath's Resilience Advantage™ program. It combines scientific research with practical techniques for self-regulation and alignment. The workshop takes an empowering look at the concept of self-management and self-control.

Now in over 50 countries, this HeartMath program is designed to give you skills for both personal and professional effectiveness. Benefits include:

  • Increased composure and clarity
  • Heightened creativity and innovation
  • Improved performance and productivity
  • Enhanced ability to focus, process information and create solutions
  • Improved awareness in the classroom, in relationships and in professional interactions

Thousands of people trained in The Resilience Advantage have experienced sustained improvement in health and wellbeing, including those in education, business, health, first response teams, sport and social services.

The workshop is being held at fluid ShareSpace, central Queenstown. It starts at 12.30pm and concludes at 6.00pm. The workshop fee is $218.50 incl GST. The Resilience Advantage training guidebook, and afternoon teas are included. Register for this workshop.
