Mindfulness Practices: Improving Attention, Mental Resilience and Self-regulation for Teachers and Students
Research shows that employing mindfulness (attention training) strategies in the classroom leads to better engagement, calmer classroom and increased self-awareness. Based on the MBSR programme, this 2 day immersion training provides you with information, strategies and practices that can be used for personal self-care and in the classroom. Basic neuroscience and breath physiology, the brain house, mindfulness of thought and emotions. You will receive resources to assist implementing mindfulness into the classroom.
