This workshop will help you think about what high quality induction and mentoring looks like in practice, and how mentor teachers can be supported to develop the skills they need to be effective. We will offer practical support for managers. Gathering evidence and use of observations with robust analysis will be shared. Strategies for facilitating reflective conversations and working with challenges will be discussed.

Facilitated by Vicki Biddle-Clarke.

Workshop cost: $120 + GST.

Workshop time: 10am to 4pm.
