Self Regulation, Behavior and Social Competency
Children need to experience an environment where they know, and operate within, the limits and boundaries of acceptable and respectful behaviour. Once undesirable behaviour has escalated it is often very difficult to re-gain a child’s attention.
This workshop will explore how teams can work collaboratively to ensure there is a consistent approach to promoting positive social relationships and provides practical strategies to share with parents and whānau. Memory will also provide participants with an overview of self-regulation.
