Asia New Zealand Foundation assists students and secondary school classes to travel to Japan with our Japan Study Grant
Grants for students:
These are for senior secondary and undergraduate students in New Zealand who have been accepted on exchange programmes to Japan.
The $1,000 grants, which are kindly funded by Nakashimato Co Ltd, are a contribution towards study costs.
Grants for schools:
The $4,000 grants are for schools who are planning a study tour of 2 weeks or more and have a comprehensive itinerary with evidence of homestays and school visits.

Applications open on Monday 18 March and close on Friday 10 May.
