This popular and interactive workshop is for leaders and teachers that want to lead with influence so that Pacific young people enjoy educational success. We will unpack this title, look at levels of influence in a school setting and discuss ways to enable Pacific success. We will also unpack Tapasā: the new cultural competencies framework for teachers of Pacific learners. Alana Madgwick is a highly experienced facilitator and consultant who is passionate about Pacific success and has worked in this field for over 15 years.
