Aotearoa Youth Declaration – Opportunity for High School Students

Student competitions and scholarships New Zealand (nationwide)

Posted: 11 February 2019
Notice reference #: 1H9qz4

Applications will be open for participants from 25 February.

We are committed to equity and inclusivity, so we will have a number of scholarships on offer in addition to being able to accommodate accessibility needs. We also have a Regional Delegation where trained volunteers look after youth from outside Auckland for the duration of the conference. For updates on applications, please “like” us on Facebook and follow our event page. For more information about Aotearoa Youth Declaration and to read the 2018 Youth Declaration document, please visit our website.

If you know any rangatahi in particular who would like to know more about the conference, please put them in touch with me via email (isabella.francis@unyouth.org.nz).

We are also looking for young people age 17–25 (no longer in school) to volunteer at our conference.

For a poster to display in your classroom or school or to discuss support for potential participants (including after application deadline), please contact isabella.francis@unyouth.org.nz.
