This leadership course, designed for existing and aspiring leaders in the ECE sector, will cover:

  • developing yourself as a leader
  • building a cohesive, leaderful team
  • developing effective communication
  • how to engage in productive conflict
  • building a problem-solving culture.

This course will stand strongly on the foundation of the ECE frameworks of Te Tiriti o Waitangi and Te Whāriki.

Dates: 15–17 April.

Venue: CQ Hotel, Wellington.

Planning team: Cathy Sheppard and Bronwen Olds.

Registration fees: Full fee: $520 / early gird fee (15 February): $420.

Registration fee includes catering during the course programme and the course dinner on Tuesday 16 April.

Accommodation: Live in – single (standard) $390 / Live in – twin share (standard) $210.

Accommodation (check in 15 April, check out 17 April) includes breakfast for 16 and 17 April.
