The Heart of Wellbeing: An Introduction – North Hamilton, Evening

This 1½ hour introductory workshop is for Educational leaders, teachers, administrators, support staff and anyone else with an interest in personal and professional wellbeing for school improvement.
The learning relates to all levels of school, as well as the early childhood and tertiary sectors. Irrespective of role or responsibilities, 'the essence' workshops are about empowering us to optimise wellbeing, and therefore they benefit us all.
The workshop provides an opportunity for you to become more aware of the science of the heart and its relevance for you. You will learn two HeartMath® techniques that support clarity and wellbeing when responding to stress or daily challenges. Benefits include:
