Mindfulness for Teachers
A 2 day immersion training for teachers wanting to introduce mindfulness practices into the classroom and who want to benefit from this highly-evaluated training. Based on evidence-based research, this training covers all aspects of mindfulness; background, basic neuro-science, breath physiology, cultivating emotional and social intelligence, explaining basic brain function and more.
Practices, activities and an 8 week self-paced programme to establish coping strategies for stress and anxiety. (It is possible to attend Day 1 only)
