In this workshop, Jenni Donohoo, PhD, three-time best-selling author and professional learning facilitator with more than 20 years experience in leading school change, will identify successful leadership practices that hold the potential to strengthen efficacy and inquiry practices. From research, Jenni will examine school characteristics associated with improved collective teacher efficacy and look at how leaders can empower teachers by involving them in collaborative inquiry of meaningful issues related to school improvement.
