Tips for AUTISM online has the same material and outcomes as our famous face-to-face course, but is organised into three online courses.  The courses are flexible and you can access them in your own time and at your own pace.  Each course has evidence-based information and resources as well as many new videos made by our 24 skilled and experienced facilitators.

The three courses are:

  • Autism and me - at the end of this course you will have a profile showing how autism affects your child to share with others who work with them. “No-one youer than you” (Dr Seuss)
  • How can we help? You will learn about strategies to support your child and have goals organised into a comprehensive individual plan. “Your mountain is waiting, so get on your way” Dr Seuss
  • Supporting behaviour - develop an emotional regulation and behaviour plan for your child.  “And if things start to happen, don’t worry.  Don’t stew.”  Dr Seuss

You could complete all the courses in an intensive two days; or do them over two terms – is up to you.  Ideally, they are designed to be done a little each week, over the course of a term as you learn more about autism and the child you are working with.

If you are part of a team, you will be set up as a group in the course, so you can collaborate and share ideas and resources online.

The first course is only $20 for a limited time, and the other 2 courses are $60 each. A package of all three for an individual is $120. A team of three can enrol in all three courses for only $160.

You can register yourself or your school or get more information on our website.
