In this evening presentation Jenni Donohoo, PhD, three-time, best-selling author and professional learning facilitator with more than 20 years experience in leading school change, will discuss the rationale and impact of collective teacher efficacy. She will examine the impact of educators’ beliefs on student achievement and explain why educators who share a sense of collective efficacy enable students to believe they can excel at school.
