SADD SAFER Roads
SAFER September is the main calendar event of our student-led movement and an opportunity for youth to act as youth agency for change. SAFER September is all about promoting and celebrating safe road use in New Zealand.
SADD members are encouraged to run campaigns in their schools and communities where they focus on promoting positive behaviour change for all road users and raising awareness of road safety issues that are relevant to them.
Check out sadd.org.nz/safer-september to find out more.
Follow us on www.facebook.com/SADDNZ/ and www.instagram.com/saddnz/.
Help us keep our rangatahi safe on our roads.
Seaweek – Celebrate Connecting with our Seas
Seaweek: Saturday 29 February to Sunday 8 March 2020!
The theme this year is: Connecting with our Seas, Ko au te moana, ko te moana ko au – I am the sea, the sea is me.
NZAEE & MERC encourage everyone to take the opportunity to celebrate and learn more about our marine environment by taking part in Seaweek.
Check out the Ocean Champion Challenge – you can enter the whole class! It requires entrants to undertake a specific 'Ocean Challenge' to help solve a problem in the marine environment.
