In this evening presentation Jenni Donohoo, PhD, three-time, best-selling author and professional learning facilitator with more than 20 years experience in leading school change, will discuss the rationale and impact of collective teacher efficacy. She will examine the impact of educators’ beliefs on student achievement and explain why educators who share a sense of collective efficacy enable students to believe they can excel at school.

Light refreshments will be available from 4.30pm. Jenni’s books including her latest publication, Collective Efficacy, How Educators’ Beliefs Impact Student Learning will be available for purchase at Kohia shop.
