Mindfulness Training for teachers
A 2 day immersion training (possible to attend day 1 only) covering all aspects of mindfulness; background, basic neuroscience, breath physiology, practices, activities to make mindfulness relevant for students and teachers. In addition you have access to the 8 week online self-paced mindfulness training to establish a personal practice. This well-received course has been highly evaluated for its practical application both personally and in the classroom. Lower stress and anxiety using these simple self-regulating practices.
