Mindfulness Training For Teachers
A 2-day training for teachers to cover all aspects of mindfulness for personal development and practice and to take into the classroom to benefit students.
Background, basic neuroscience explaining why these practices are effective in decreasing stress and anxiety as well as increasing attention, focus and memory are all explained. Activities are provided to assist engaging students and making mindfulness relevant. All the practices are covered, lesson plans provided as well as a teachers' manual and an 8 week Mindfulness Workbook.
