Leadership Gold – Positioning Your Team to SOAR

Professional development (PD) Auckland, Waikato, Bay of Plenty, Wellington

Posted: 18 January 2018
Notice reference #: 1H9h96

Everything rises and falls on leadership. Seasoned leader? Have aspirations of leading a successful team? As a leader, your job is to help your eagles soar – to put it bluntly, you have a responsibility to position your team members in the right places and with the right tools to help them reach their potential. Leadership GOLD will refresh and invigorate your thinking with proven leadership processes and new innovations including the practical strategies, tools and resources to enable you and your team to thrive.

Your thinking, more than anything else, will shape the way you lead. The sooner you learn what is strong in your team rather than focusing on what is wrong, the better the chances are of you succeeding in leadership.

Unlike other seminary style training, by attending Leadership GOLD workshop, you will:

  • Assess and identify your own and your team member's strengths;
  • Receive coaching and resources to craft your own PLGP (personal leadership growth plan) using the Successful Team Leadership framework;
  • Map a winning formula to maximise the personnel, genius and gold currently within your team while growing you from a good to a great leader.

Gaining leadership insight is a lot like mining, and when you intentionally search for those gold nuggets and discover them, you gain value, influence and insight into the treasury of the human library. When opportunity comes, it is too late to prepare, so BOOK NOW to give you and your team wings, so that you can not only meet expectations but soar beyond them.

  • We value connection, that is why a delicious morning tea and full buffet lunch is included. Just one less thing for you to worry about.
