Professional development (PD) Auckland

Posted: 18 December 2017
Notice reference #: 1H9gw8

Learn about the four main food groups, why each of them is an important part of our diet and the current Ministry of Health’s nutrition guidelines for children U5. We’ll also talk about the differences between everyday, sometimes and occasional foods. Find out why this is relevant and how it all fits within the ECE environment. Includes an easy and nutritous food activity demo.
This workshop is a perfect introduction to healthy eating for under 5s. Suitable for all working in ECE.
All our professional development courses are tailored to early childhood sector professionals, including teachers, cooks and managers, but are also suitable and valuable to parents and carers. We can also deliver all workshops in-house. Just let us know your preference.
