Notice reference #: 1H9gXb

Dear Principals & Teachers,

We are interested in working with your schools to facilitate a cross-school STEAM (science, technology, engineering, art, mathematics) programme with schools in China.

The goal is to establish an innovative online forum where NZ and Chinese teachers and learners can connect and work on collaborative STEAM online projects.

Benefits to your school:

  • Being part of an innovative STEAM programme
  • Gaining a better understanding of online learning & collaboration and STEAM education
  • Fostering students with problem-solving tasks, improving their critical thinking, creative thinking and cultural understanding through the online collaborative STEAM programme.
  • PhD students will assist and support teachers in STEAM programme development and improvement.

Cost:

  • There is no cost to your school. We will provide all resources and materials, which the school can continue to use after the online classes are complete.

Registration:

  • Please ask the interested teacher to contact me on the email below to register their interest and participation in the programme.

This presents an exciting opportunity for teachers, learners, parents and communities in both countries to connect and gain new insights into STEAM education and global online learning.

There are schools, teachers and students that have joined in this exciting programme with fantastic outcomes. Please kindly check NAEA official website: https://www.naeaedu.com/steam

We look forward to working with you on this prospective programme.
