Leading Literacy development using Spirals of Inquiry
Using spirals of inquiry, leaders will be taken through a process where they will analyse data for their priority learners, explore alternative means of meeting learner needs, set targets and measurements, then plan for deliberate acts of teaching.
They will then look at deliberate acts of leadership that underpin the process and plan for how they will lead their teams through this. Participants will need to bring student data (with pseudo names) for this session.
