LEOTC | Crafting a Quality Experience
This workshop will review:
- What is best practice? We will explore the components of a quality lesson, including developing good questions to extend student’s thinking, engaging hands on activities, building on prior knowledge and how to quickly establish a great rapport with students
- Capitalising on student voice - We will explore how you can gather and use student voice to improve the quality of your LEOTC programmes
- Access for all - embedding cultural responsiveness and inclusive education - How can LEOTC programmes support all students effectively? We will include some useful protocols and language as well as effective pedagogy to support a diverse range of learners.
