How to Maximise Positive Outcomes with Unwilling, Challenging and Resistant People

Professional development (PD) Northland, Auckland, Waikato

Posted: 07 August 2017
Notice reference #: 1H9dsG

Facilitated by Frances Steinberg, Auckland.

No matter how effective or theoretically sound your leadership and management style, success is often constrained by the attitude, resistance, or unwillingness of the people with whom you’re working, to change.

This workshop will help you understand how to reach positive outcomes with challenging or unmotivated people using FLEX, an evidence-informed system that integrates cutting edge psychological principles with management practice. FLEX acts as an overlay for whatever leadership or consultant model you currently use–there’s no need to abandon your current philosophy or preferred way of leadership.

Participants will have the opportunity to work through their own challenging leadership situations so that by the end of the day they will have a clear idea as to how to implement the process in their work.
