ELF17 is about developmental and environmental factors in the journey from infancy to adulthood. It picks up on the Dunedin Health and Development Study founded by ELF17 speaker Dr Phil Silva. This internationally renowned resource helps teachers, social workers and parents shape children's futures.
The Auckland Growing Up in New Zealand study, headed by speaker Prof Susan Morton, looks at the development of children from a variety of ethnicities and asks: What makes us who we are? How might interventions best be targeted?
