MTG (Museum/Art Gallery) School Programmes in Napier
Bring your class to MTG Hawke’s Bay, (Napier Museum/Art Gallery) for an educator led lesson in the social sciences, or arts.
We have ongoing programmes and feature programmes, many ideal for summer camps to the region, and only $2.50 per student per programme, adults free. Highlights include: Quake 1931, Port of Napier, with a tour of Port; Napier Cemetery Walk and Talk, and Out and About on Marine Parade (self guided and free), plus heaps of art.
All are listed on the website www.mtghawkesbay.com where booking is possible.
The classes are part of the Ministry of Education’s LEOTC programmes, with trained teachers running all sessions, or assisting with self guides.
