The Education Gazette website re-designed comes with improved search and browsing options to provide more targeted searches. Content can be more easily found across all articles, job vacancies, notices, and professional learning and development opportunities.

Important information

Enter vacancies and notices on the new site only
To continue to get email alerts sign up on the new site
Don’t forget to delete the old web address and use www.gazette.education.govt.nz(external link)

Features

Listings will automatically have more features displayed
Submitters can choose an image or a logo to upload, but not both and can link to the school or ECE’s website
Job descriptions and application forms can be attached
If the place of learning is on Education Counts then this information automatically populates a listing. If not, email: admin@edgazette.govt.nz with your Service ID

Notices and vacancies

All online listings are now free
Submit all vacancies and notices online
Listings need to be submitted by 4pm on the Friday, 10 days before publication
No late vacancy and notices will be accepted
Each vacancy needs to be listed separately

Help

During the change over period we will have a dedicated contact person to help any customers who may have difficulties with submitting their vacancies and notices, or setting up their subscriptions.
